::Clear conscience::

Ps 19:7-14
"The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul.
The decrees of the LORD are trustworthy, making wise the simple.
The commandments of the LORD are right, bringing joy to the heart.
The commands of the LORD are clear, giving insight to life.
Reverence for the LORD is pure, lasting forever.
The laws of the LORD are true; each one is fair.
They are more desirable than gold, even the finest gold.
They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping from the comb.
They are a warning to those who hear them;
there is great reward for those who obey them.
How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart?
Cleanse me from these hidden faults.
Keep me from deliberate sins! Don't let them control me.
Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin.
May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer."

A seared conscience gives you:
1) Death by the instalments
2) Guilt by wilful sinning

A clean and powerful conscience gives you:
1) Confidence
2) Godly convictions
3) Healthy relationships

This was a powerful message shared by our dear youth pastor on Saturday. It spoke volumes to me and I was glad that the Lord restored it in my life, and I can lift my head up high. No longer there be a barrier between me and my Lord due to all the guilt and buried sins. God personally told me this and I pray that it will minister to you- Each time when you sin against the knowledge of truth and the prompting of your God given conscience, you are hanging Me on the cross again. It hurts a lot for Me to be up there.

Life Without You

"Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain (abide) in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing." - John 15:5

The secret to success lies here, in the word- Abide. It means to continue to be sure or firm; endure, to dwell or to sojourn. Connecting, remaining, delaying oneself in the presence of another.... I need a stronger connection between me and my Lord! I guess the key to it is prayer- tapping on the resources of God through prayer! I want to experience the hand of God in my life! And its going to be through prayer!

Life Without You

Living a life in search

Of that which may bring meaning

Of that which may bring the pain away

Of that which may heal the hurt

Finally we found each other

When Your beauty caught my eyes

And Your splendidness captivated my heart

Life without You

Is like a picture without colour

Life still goes on, without meaning

Life without You

Is like music without its listener

Life goes on, through the routine

Life without You

Is like the pasture without flowers

It is dull, lifeless and lonesome

Lord, how can I go on?

Lord, how do I survive?

Never will I want to live,

Life without You

Its wonderful to be holding His hands and know that you can rest in His enduring love!

The One
You are the One
Who made the heavens and the earth
The hands that shaped the clouds
And formed the seas,
These same hands took me in
The mind that crafted the wind
And created the rainbow
This same mind with wonderful thoughts to me
You're the One who gave me breath
You're the One who guides my steps
My future is within Your palm
The palm that bore the scars for me
How can I ever fathom?
How can I ever imagine?
This great love One can have for me
Help me to love You more
To hold Your hand
When I walk through the storms and stillness
I will make You my all
Yes, my Lord of all.

Guts!

Hey, I overcame my fear of sharing gospel with this stranger whom I have seen many times. God laid a sense of compassion upon my heart for him cos he has an ailing mother and a handicapped daugther...and he seems to be very troubled, though outwardly he appears to be very happy and jovial. Last Tue I lost a 'dare' to God cos I said I would approach him if he alighted @ the same bus stop as me and he did. Well...I didn't keep to my words (I'm thankful that God is faithful even when sometimes we 'play Him out') and habinate in my fear. I regretted my actions and told Him that if I see the old man agin, I would speak to him about Jesus. I told God I would go to the bus stop to wait for him at the same time the following Tues....but guess what, I forgotten totally about it. and the scariest thing is God doesn't forget what we say to Him. On Tue night I was with a Christian friend nearby our home and the old man appeared right infront of my face. I told my friend about it and she encouraged me to go ahead and obey the Lord...well, after much hesitation, I spoke with the old man. Gave him my number, ask him to contact me cos I really wanna help...and told him that Jesus had the ansers for him. Let's keep praying!!! Jia you shuch! ;p

It's time to pick up. Time to run. Time to get the engine going. Time to catch up with Him. Time to come out of that cave. Time to push myself forward. Time to be bold and courageous. Time to look @ Him. Time to let go of what other's think. Time to let go of what's behind me. Time to give myself some grace. Time to be BIG-MEGA hearted. Time to let Him have His way. Time to put on the thinking cap. Time to consider things that R more worthwhile. Time to adjust my goals towards the best. Time to shake off the meaninglessness of holding on, of the things that have kept me from advancing. It's time shuch, to let go of myself.

See yourself go on a roller coaster ride with the Almighty
See yourself gripping Him tight
See yourself safe in His arms,
See yourself resting upon His chest
See yourself laying on His shoulders
See yourself secure in His love
See yourself found in His embrace
Lord I want to see myself
Lord I need You
No other affairs shall rob me
No other concerns shall overwhelm me
Lord only You can give me the meaning
To all that are happening
May I find Your strength
May I find Your courage
In the stillness of Your majesty

Lastly a song that speaks courage and empowerment to me:
DARE TO RUN

The road ahead is narrow
The way is sometimes steep
And only the committed claim the prize
Standing at the finish
With arms outstretched to reach us
Is the One who has endured the race
And claim the final prize

Chorus:
Dare to run
With our eyes fixed on Jesus
Following the footsteps
Of the One who's gone before us
Dare to run
In the power of His spirit
Called to be victors
In the race already won
Dare to run!

Yours truely,
shuch

More than words...

You've added the colours
You've doubled the shine
Our Creator gave us His love divine
He looks down, and He smiles
When He sees us each
As His lovely child
Lord bless this love
Lord shower Your goodness
Upon the hearts of Your two beautiful children

You are a gift from God to me
A gift that I know is part of me
Each moment I think of you
My heart beats with love to you
I ask the Lord to help me love Him more
So that I can give you the love and grace that
He shower endlessly
